mystery_team paper accepted to IROS 2023

Dear all,

I'm excited to announce that our paper describing our contribution to the challenge has been accepted to IROS 2023! A big thank you to the organizers and competitors. We had a great time contributing, even though we were late to the party. I plan to release the code within the year.
